Another new adventure
It's been a while since my last post. I wish I had blogged about our adventure in Japan, but I'm not gonna dwell on it. I'm going to focus on where we are at this time.
A week ago, we arrived in our new home for the next 6months. Living in Point Loma, CA this time. We are having a great time and I'm enjoying spending some quality time with my kiddos.

Our kitchen - mostly stocked.
Relieved I brought a lot of my own kitchen supplies.
Bunk Beds...kids love their room.
The ceiling fan is a little nerve wrecking, but we keep it off most of the time
Kids Bathroom
Uh Oh...what's the first thing Cman goes to?
The toilet. He loves to play in toilets, lil stinker!!
Our room, not too shabby.
Could use a lil bit bigger bed, but I'm not complaining.

Nice Pics of Baby Chase

I'm so lucky to have such wonderful friends in my life. My friend Becky came over when Chase was a couple of weeks old and practiced taking newborn pics for her photography business. What a great opportunity for the both of us. She was able to practice and now I have some wonderful pictures of my last baby(sniffle, sniffle).

What to say...
Okay, so I have lots to catch up on since the last post. And WOW...I updated our blog template, it's gonna take some getting used to. Lots of new stuff.
** Luke's parents came to visit
~ Harry and Tina came to visit Oct. 18th - 25th. It was a really nice visit. Kids really enjoyed their time with grandma & grandpa Chermak. Our days were cut in half because Kaitelyn had school in the afternoons, but we managed to take some leisure walks together. Gma & Gpa took kids to Illahee park and we spent a day at Ocean Shores.
** Chase started rolling over
~ Chase started rolling over October 17th :)
** There was Halloween
~ I have a few pics of Kaitelyn & Chase but none of Reed. He refused to take a picture. Kaitelyn wanted to be a mermaid again so she dressed in her costume from last year. I bought Reed a dragon/dinosaur costume from a consignment shop. Then Chase wore the infamous infant clown costume we purchased when Kaitelyn was a baby. Fit him perfectly.
** Potty Training for Reed
~ The entire month of November, we worked with Reed on potty training before heading over to Japan. We knew it would be a pain carrying around diapers for 2 & a pain for Luke to shop for diapers all the time. Our persistence paid off!! We took the kids to Chuck E Cheese the day before we left for Japan as a reward to Reed. It was extra special because Clara got to join us for one last hoorah before we left. Reed is doing great with his underoos and he never wants to sit anymore. It's all about standing up just like daddy to do his business.

** Chase started sitting up
~ November 9th, just barely 4months old, Chase started sitting up on his own :)
** Kaitelyn got her first cavities
~ Kaitelyn got her first round of cavities. 2 on top left and 2 on bottom right. She had the top ones filled first. We didn't listen to the doctor about leaving the gauze in the mouth for a couple of hours. So Kaitelyn caused trauma to her lip. It was swollen, red & had a huge canker sore for almost a week. Her lip looked like someone who received too much lip injections. Wish I woulda taken pics.
** There was Thanksgiving
~ We had plans to spend Thanksgiving with the Webers, but Reed & Chase were both sick so we had to cancel at the last minute. Nicolle was going to bring over the Turkey so long story short, we didn't have a turkey this year. I went Fred Meyer and all they had left were hams (bleh) and little hens. So...we settled for a little hen in place of the big bird.
** There was us getting ready for Japan
~ What to ship, what to pack, what's it going to be like over there with 3 kids. Well, we shipped 5 boxes & brought 4 big duffle bags with us. I was so nervous, I bit the tips of all my fingers off. Most people will chew/bite their nails, I like to chew my finger tips. My thumbs are still healing.

Lovin' Blackberry Season
My little 2 month old
Look Who's Smilin'
My little Chase is such a happy little man. It's been fun watching him grow everyday. He's sitting up (with help of course) & holding his head up really well. He loves tummy time and just lounging around watching his big sister & big brother being silly all the time. Chase started smiling on August 15th and hasn't stopped since, he's beginning to giggle a little bit which is super cute to hear. I love my babies and it's so fun to watch them grow and learn each day.
hangin' out in the bouncer...so fun!
Who doesn't love taking pictures of a sleeping baby?
